The patient presented to our office for treatment following the placement of a single implant on the upper arch. He wanted to not only correct the missing tooth but also to improve his smile. The completion photos show not only the implant but also the restorations that were placed on the remaining 5 anterior teeth. We accomplished this by placing all ceramic individual crowns.
