We consulted with this patient regarding the best course of treatment for her lower arch. She presented with poor prognosis for the remaining lower teeth and was wearing a full upper denture. Upon removing some of her teeth implant fixtures with placed at the same time. Some teeth remained in order for her to wear a temporary restoration. Once the implants were ready to load with a restoration, we removed the remaining teeth and placed the appliance. The patient was never without teeth and was comfortable with her everyday life until we completed her treatment.
